Rubber-grade CPE


According to different structure and application, CPE can be divided into two types, CPE series and CM series. CM series has good performance of weather-resistance, ozone-resistance, chemical-resistance and ageing-resistance, it also has excellent oil-resistance, flame-resistance and coloring property. It can be widely used in wire and cable field etc.

 The index relationship between CM product and vulcanized rubber

The strength of vulcanized rubber is not quite related to the strength of CPE , but is basically affected by formula filling, the higher filling of carbon black, higher strength of vulcanized rubber.

 

The index relationship between CM product and vulcanized rubber

 

l The higher dosage of DCP in the formula, the shorter time of sulfurization.

l The lower mooney viscosity of CM products, the better process property.
