1. Poor weatherability
Reasons:

2. POOR SURFACE GLOSS
Reasons: 

  • Poor plasticization, the unplasticized part is equivalent to the filling, which leads to the decrease of the surface properties of the products; 

  • Low melt strength, low melt surface tension, which leads to the surface cracking and the decrease of the gloss when the die is exported;

  • Unbalanced internal and external sliding, unreasonable external sliding agent;

  • Too much external lubricant leads to poor plasticization and low gloss, and too little external lubricant leads to increased friction between melt and metal wall, which leads to melt rupture and lower gloss of profile products.

3. Low Fillet Strength:
Reasons:

  • Poor plasticization, the unplasticized part is equivalent to the filling, filling more lead to low welding angle strength; 

  • Poor toughness is low elongation at break, low tensile strength. The tensile strength is low, the profile is too soft, and there is no peak value in the test process, which leads to low welding angle strength. 

  • The excessive amount of external lubricant causes the precipitation of the lubricant on the welding surface, the poor weldability of the profiles and the decrease of the Welding Angle Strength; Small Screw Shear leads to poor plasticization, the unplasticized part is equivalent to the filling, filling more lead to low welding angle strength.

4. POOR IMPACT STRENGTH
Reasons:

  • Poor toughness, low elongation at break of the impact modifier used, resulting in easy cracking during impact;

  • Unreasonable amount of external lubricant and excessive amount of external lubricant It leads to bad plasticization, reduces the mechanical properties of the products, and reduces the mechanical properties of the products due to the increase of friction between the melt and the metal.

5. Low Hardness:
Reasons:

6. Low tensile impact:
Reasons:

  • Unbalanced lubricant, the amount of external sliding, poor plasticization, reduced mechanical properties.
